Nope! We don’t require insurance. We offer transparent pricing on treatments and your medical visit, ongoing shipments, and provider messaging are all included in one low price.
No refunds or returns are available for services rendered.
If the client is not happy with their package purchase, they may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the cost of rendered services) within 30 days. To complete your return, we require a written request.
Supplements/Labs
- Fullscript’s refund policy allows returns for unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
- Rupa Health offers refunds for most lab tests, but not for Final Sale items, which include tests from Cyrex, DNA RX, and SpectraCell Laboratories.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return was received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus a 10% restocking fee will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
- If the client hasn’t received their refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If the client has done all of this and they still have not received the refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Shipping returns
- To return the product, please mail it to the original company. Please confirm the address with our office before shipping.
- The client will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where the client lives, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If the client is returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Clinic doesn’t guarantee that the receiver will receive the returned item.

It is not recommended to stop hormone therapy abruptly without consulting your healthcare provider. A gradual reduction may be advised to minimize withdrawal symptoms and ensure a smooth transition.
