ADHD Assessment Option 1
- Step 1: Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
- Comprehensive intake session, including the structured DIVA-5 ADHD interview to review your history, symptoms, and goals. Completed online intake forms and symptom rating scales. When appropriate, a family member is welcome to participate to provide input about symptoms and their impact on daily life.
- Step 2: Creyos Cognitive Assessment
- Complete the scientifically-backed Creyos assessment at home. This computer-based test measures attention, memory, and processing speed with objective data.
- Step 3: Results & Treatment Planning (45 minutes)
- Review your assessment results, receive your diagnosis, and develop a personalized treatment plan.
ADHD Assessment Option 2 - Creyos Cognitive Assessment Only
- What’s Included: Scientifically-backed Creyos cognitive assessment completed at home. Creyos is a research-backed cognitive assessment platform with over 30 years of scientific validation and 400+ peer-reviewed studies. It precisely measures attention, memory, processing speed, reasoning, and executive function to provide objective cognitive data.
- Detailed cognitive assessment report with objective data on attention, memory, and processing speed
- Results summary explaining your cognitive strengths and areas of difficulty
Important Note: This is a comprehensive clinical assessment and diagnostic process. There is no guarantee you will receive an ADHD diagnosis. The evaluation may reveal ADHD, other conditions, or no diagnosable condition. Regardless of the outcome, we will thoroughly discuss all findings and provide recommendations for the next steps we need during your results session.
